What’s the news eh? Well let’s see. I have changed my mind for the one millionth time and I will now not be re-contracting. I know I change my mind like the weather but who cares? I just like to talk through my options sometimes. So I am thinking now that I will come home in about July and look for something starting in September. I have a few ideas lined up now that I am applying for. I probably shouldn’t say though as I’ll likely change my mind. I think the big candidate right now is the United Arab Emirate. It looks really interesting and is well located between Europe and Asia thus still very convenient for traveling. And let’s not all get freaked out by the fact that it is in the Middle East. This is a stable country that is popular for traveling. They have their share of problems and it will certainly be nothing like Japan but a new adventure is in order. I hope they will let me bring the cats. I am also looking at doing an MBA or a Masters in ESL Teaching. Anyways, there will be at least a two month layover in Canada.

I don’t really have any recent pictures because I haven’t been doing much outside of work. I have been quite exhausted from school and all the extra commitments so I just haven’t been up to too much on the weekends. This past weekend though I went to a lovely Shinenkai at Declan’s place. It is a party to welcome the New Year. He works with a lot of cool young teachers down in Nagiso. I was so jealous! Other than that I have nothing to report. Nothing has happened and I have no plans. All I have are more pictures from Okinawa to up. I need to get out of Shio this weekend. I need a change of scenery. I feel a road trip coming on…
